  • Hi, Just hang in there and keep at food jouraling and it will happen. Also go to the gym 3-4 days a week-I work out for 1 hour early at 5:30 AM M-W-F and that really helps me I have lost only 6 lbs but I have not been eating properly or I would have been at my goal by now. I love the food app.
