Ugh....This is my fear. I know a sprain can hurt for a while, but I am having weird clicking and shooting pains if I turn it wrong at all of walking down stairs, etc. Doesn't seem normal. Thanks for the idea. I'll research that a bit.

Thanks for the ideas. Honestly, I don't even feel like I am able to swim yet. Any pressure on the ankle at all hurts still. I am scared I am doing more harm than good if I am stressing an unknown injury. My appointment that I have set up is with an orthopedic Doctor.
