I have done the suggested amount for me of 65oz. I really don't like water, and the first week I was running to the bathroom, but this week is a little better. I do feel good about doing something good for my body..definitely helping with munching and hunger!

It's been really helping me to be accountable... and yesterday for the first time I thought something I have heard others say.. "I don't even feel hungry, but I need to eat" That was amazing to me! lol
