I made loaded cauliflower and topped it with bbq pulled chicken. It rocked my world. Just make sure to get a low cal cheese and low cal bbq sauce!

I find them effective enough without weights. I can max out at 17, going all the way down and back up. I should try it with weights sometime! I am fairly small though so thats probably why i can do so many

Im a dvd workout addict and a sahm myself. I have yet to find anything that beats insanity. Results come fast and you stay sweating until the end. If you want something more intermediate try jillian micheals. Her videos range in intensity and she has something for everyone! Good luck!!

I have thick skin luckily so i would follow their remarks with a snarky response. Maybe they dont realize their remarks are hurtful? Irregardlessly you should try not to let it bother you. Its a reflection of themselves feeling poorly of their own self. Maybe backfire with humor? Tell them you do it to look good naked

I also lift weighs at least twice/ week because i feel like its important too! Incorparating 5 lbs of dumbells into insanity gives me a mean workout!!!!!!

Today i did 60 mins of insanity+30 mins of hip hop abs. Normally i only do one or the other a day but if i dont eat too good then i push myself that extra mile. I always shoot for 7 days but 6 is acceptable when my body needs to rest
