  • Meal prepping and planning ahead for snacks (have healthier options at the ready) helped me get past these things. Once in a while some cake if there's a b-day celebration or something, but that's once a month at most.
  • I had a similar experience that started me on this. I was discouraged...and then really angry. I used that as fuel to make the changes I wanted.
  • It's good that you're taking this seriously, but from a "big picture" perspective, I don't think it's anything to worry about. Look at it from weekly perspective instead of just daily - you'll see you're on target (or even under) and that's a win!
