Day 99. Today was a good day. Had two protein shakes and a cheese stick. This held me over until I went to DQ for a cake for my co worker. Guys help!! I started Insanity Asylum 2. The biggest goal I want is to be tone and confident before summer is in full swing. I only have 10 lbs to lose but it's probably going to be the hardest. I need a buddy to chat on the fly to help me with the temptations. Pizza is the worst.

I'm in, but to be quite honest I'm kind of afraid. This will be my first group weight loss. I've been doing insanity for 4 weeks with minimal results. Hopefully this will help me reach my goal.
