Well done...I started last June weighing in at 273 and I am now at 230. I still want to go down about another 60 lbs. I dont always feel to get right or workout but gotta keep the goals in mind.

I kept active in the office today by using the bathroom that is furtherest away from my desk. This bathroom is across the floor and I consumed large amounts of water so I had to use the bathroom atleast every 30 minutes or so.
