  • Any more tips for how to stop binging? I binge when stressed or restricting. I read that if I eat more food and allow myself to have more and less 'clean' foods I'll be less inclined to binge.   • Add me too! Trying to eat clean (and reduce binges) and am doing a mix of strength training and cardio. Mostly strength tho I can't seem to ever get myself psyched up to.go for a run

  • @katalisp does magnesium really help? I might have to try that... If I don't eat chocolate for a while I'm fine but once I start I crave it so badly every day. Especially after meal times. I am in such a bad habit of needing something sweet after every meal

  • Yes i forgot to mention I use Hemp protein powder most days! I either mix some into my oats in the morning or make a Smoothie with banana, soya yoghurt, frozen berries, dash of almond milk (don't need much) and the Hemp Powder!

  • Hi! I'm not actually vegan but I do eat predominately vegan - especially when at uni! Vegan quorn is a v good source of protein! I eat the non vegan quorn and find that really helps.   • I always eat the refrigerated pieces uncooked! I was hesitant at first because it doesnt specifically say anywhere you can eat them raw, but then my friend says she always snacks on them and no problem! I think they are delicious so pick at them if they're in the fridge, and if i am making a salad or packed lunch sometimes…
