Do kids like eggrolls? Take 1lb of burger or chicken - cook & shred in pan - add a bag of prechopped coleslaw to pan with a little extra oil. Steam down the slaw. Add soy sauce to taste. Can add onions, shrooms, or other veggies - more like stir fry only easier. inside out egg rolls.

I make overnight quinoa in oven - like I do rice - works great! 1:2 ratio in oven safe bowl. Boil water before pouring over quinoa. Preheat oven to 500degrees (yes- very hot oven). Put dish in oven, shut off oven, go to bed. In morning - fluffy cooked quinoa. Remember - get oven hot & then shut it off. The heat will cook…

Have you tried a little coconut oil? Just a tsp or so with a little cinnamon gives a slight sweet with good calories.
