  • Hi! I just joined MFP and I'm starting BBG week 1 on Monday. It'll be my 3rd try and I really hope to stick with it this time. I'm not trying to lose weight per se, but I really want to have more energy and feel better in my body. Any tips from those of you who've kept at it for a while now?
