Not sure where you live but most stores have a healthy version. I eat healthy life honey wheat almost everyday 2 slices is 70 calories. I make a sandwich for lunch with turkey and cheese for under 200 cals. And it tastes great too.

I'm with you. I hit 230 lbs. Biggest I've ever been. I started back on mfp 50 days ago. And im down 19 lbs but would love some support. Feel free to add me.

Thanks everyone. I appreciate the support. I think its just the bad feeling in my stomach from the grease making me feel horrible emotionally and mentally right now lol

I use an adult coloring book

Save a few extra calories a couple days a week for a small treat..I like a half a cup of ice cream (my weakness) its better then going with nothing all week then going overboard on the weekend. If I find I want more after half a cup I try to keep my mind busy. Adult coloring books help me.

Slow and steady wins the race...if you lose to fast you risk losing muscle and most likely gaining the weight back rapidly when you move to maintaining. You didn't gain the weight over night so you wont lose overnight. It sucks but slow progress is better then no progress ☺ Good luck!
