Hello there, my goal is to loose 40lbs, before the end of 2017. I also try to eat arround 1700 cal, only the weekends are a little bit difficult.

Actually control my self, when i do shopping. So be control don't buy all the unhealthy stuff, like chocolate, chips and icecream

Hi, same goal for me, i will married next year so i try also to loose 40 pounds / 20kg. I already loose 37kg in t he past. But has problems to being stable after this.
