I'm 48 (how the heck did that happen?!?!) and am a newbie to MFP. Almost two weeks in and in dire need of extra pushes now and again. I can divide, multiply, subtract but can you add? (Ok, I'm 48 AND a dork!)

I'm 5'3" and am aiming for 135 as that was once my body's comfort weight...I did get down to 107 a few years ago through vigorous strength training and food tracking but was at 14% body weight - went from a DD to an A cup!! So I know where that fat came from :wink:
