So far exercise seems to be improving my energy level. I'm joining a gym tomorrow but I'm super nervous because of my weight. I don't like people to see me exercise.

I am hoping for a med change monday....but I'm trying to incorporate lifestyle changes as well. I'm hoping better nutrition and exercise will give me energy and then if I can lose weight will boost my self esteem.

sorry for the short post. I am a 30 year old married mother of 2. I have gained and lost ....mostly gained. I am 298+ lbs and I want to lose and get healthy for myself and my family. I need friends with similar goals or those who have been there. I am joining a gym soon and could use inspiration and exercise help as well:)
