Hello! Definitely Google keto calculators... I'm at 70% fat 25% protein and 5% carbs. The MFP membership let's you program your fat/protein/carb numbers and that helps me alot!! Best of luck π

Thank you.. I think this group is awesome . So like anytime I have a fear of food or exercise .. a thought going through my head..I can come here and talk it out!
