I am just trying to eat a balanced diet. the only thing I noticed is that I will gain weight if I eat back all of my daily and exercise calories. to avoid this I just eat about 2/3 of my sport calories n I do not gain. I am pretty much eating everything even sweets n cake if I feel like it. life is too short to life…
