I weight train 2-3 times a week, yoga almost everyday, and cardio 2-3 times a week.

I am in LOVE with mushrooms! So I sauté a large portabello mushroom top and use that as my "meat" on a burger! It is the best thing ever!

I was always really active in high school. I played soccer and ran track. I was always active so I never worried about what I ate.
