I have hypothyroidism... and as mentioned earlier your thyroid won't fix itself. You need meds. I recently went off of my meds and I felt horrible. The difference from being on meds and off is very apparent. Also, off of meds I gain weight easily vs on, I can eat like a normal person. See someone more progressive...…
