  • @nvmomketo thank you for the information. I'll look into both groups.
  • Exercise-lots of cleaning, car cleaning and bathing of all my pups. 8 hours of constant movement. Tracking-yes Calories-yes. Tomorrow starts vacation. I'll try and post from where we are at but not sure how the WiFi will be. ☮️ Peace
  • Yikes....pass day 2. I did no form of organized exercise, and the cleaning and moving around I did were of a sporadic nature and not organized. I did track and kept under calories but barely. I have to find my exercise mojo. I think my body just needed a break for a few days, but I have to keep on. I can not will this…
  • July 10 Exercise: Yes. Several hours of moving furniture, changing out area rugs and general cleaning, vacuuming and mopping. Calories: Yes Tracking: Yes Overall a good day.
  • @aeshippers beautiful new profile picture. Would be even lovelier to see your face. @RangerRickL I love DOMS to an extent, it lets me know I've worked out hard, but I have overdone it at times and have suffered for a week or so over it. It really hits the legs hard. So glad you enjoyed yourself last night. I am…
  • Despite family reunion, I did manage to keep in my range. It was almost too hot to eat. Played lawn bowling with the kids for about an hour for my exercise and I tracked everything.
  • Good morning everyone. Today is family reunion day where my husband's immediate and extended family gets together for a good old fashioned food fest lol. So I have to be super careful to not take Pass Day 2 since I'll be going on vacation Thursday - Sunday and will probably have to take a day there too. My plan for the day…
  • Yes to all three today. Yay!
  • I am taking today as my Pass Day 1. I just do not have the energy or inclination to exercise today. I feel like I'm struggling a little to stay focused, but only because I don't feel like I'm as far along as I should be. But I'm going to take a deep breath and pick myself up, dust off and get my butt moving in the morning.…
  • @Gus130 good thoughts for you today. @RangerRickL sounds awesome. I bet those kids will have a great time.
  • Yes to all three. Had the pleasure of doing a 60 minute yoga class outside this evening in a beautiful setting. Tracked and stayed in range.
  • I am grateful for so many things in my life, but as it pertains to weight loss, I am grateful that I have the determination and willpower to keep picking myself up whenever I fall and fail. I am grateful for the complete strangers who become friends from this board who are willing to cheer me on and lift me up even higher.…
  • July 5 Whew... I'm barely keeping up with all the posts. Forgive if I don't respond, but I do take it all in and am so inspired by what I read. Exercise: yes 50 minutes of cardio Track: yes Calories: yes, ate into my exercise calories a little but still had a nice deficit.
  • July 4. Yes, yes, yes.
  • July 3rd Exercise - 50 minutes cardio, 35 yoga, and 3 hours of house cleaning Track - Yes Calories - Yes, but did bite 105 calories off of my workout calories, but still left over 800 in the bank. Hope all my fellow Americans have a happy and safe 4th and everyone else has a great Tuesday.
  • *posted in the wrong day*
  • Congrats to @allthewinners. Everyone that stuck with it rocks!
  • @srufus I'm an emotional eater too. I noticed a pattern recently when dealing with my husband's ex-wife about their 34 year old special needs son. Nothing is ever good enough for either of them (he has been good and brain washed) and they lay the guilt on so thick you can cut it. It hit me last week as I got off the phone…
  • Exercise: Yes, 35 minutes of yoga. Realized I need to increase my flexibility to stave off injuries. Tracking: Yes. Calories: Yes, but the second day in a row that I've missed lunch due to errands and not wanting to eat fast food. I need to work on that and pack me an emergency meal kit. Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend.
  • Welcome @everyone. There are so many of us and I love it. Great job today. Exercise-yes, 50 minutes of cardio. Tracking and calorie range-ues. Actually had to eat a little more to increase my calories. Between errands, dog park and obedience training, I missed lunch because I did not want to eat fast food because we were…
  • Well here it is, our last day. I'll take my pictures and measures tomorrow. I don't create goals per session. For me, they are like New Year's resolutions, unattainable. But I do strive to do the best I can do for my mind and body. I fail and fall, but I just keep trying. Thank you to everyone but for all the support this…
  • Hard to believe it's almost over. I am so proud of all I've accomplished and with only taking one pass day. I've come to love my evening exercise routine as it stops me from mindless in front of the TV munching so my weight is starting to go down as I've been eating on the low end of my calories and not biting into my…
  • @craigo3154 well said. Great advice.
  • @aeshippers congratulations on hitting goal. Oh how I can't wait for that day! Yes x 3 for me. On a roll!
  • I finally dropped a whole pound. I knew the scale would finally start moving down, but it's a slow, frustrating process at times. Yes to all 3 today. So grateful that the headache has abated, but still the fatigue lingers but I can battle through that. Hope everyone has a great day/night.
  • @pribud I agree. You are truly inspiring. I hope your doctor's visit goes well.
  • Yes, yes, yes for today although I took it very easy and only did the 20 minutes of stretching. I started my day in the ER with a massive headache and left side face numbness which thankfully was not a stroke but just another fun side effect of auto immune disorder. I am going to get through this week with my last two…
  • Can't believed we are heading into the final week of June. I most definitely did not hit the goals I set, but I crushed goals that I didn't set but still achieved such as my workout goals and increasing my water. So super proud of myself. Today's exercise included a 60 minute game of lawn bowling with family and 55 minute…
  • Hello Y'all. My name is Deborah and this is my second month with UAC. Welcome to the newcomers and repeat challengers. I love the accountability of this group. Many days I've wanted to skip on tracking or exercise but knowing I have to take a pass day if I do,bgets me up and going. Looking forward to hitting new goals this…
  • Yes to all three. I look forward to continuing this journey with all of you.
