  • Deedun, follow the modifier. I know even some of the modified ones are hard, but just skim over what you can't do. My problem is Chalean gets on my nerves lol. Look into DDP Yoga. I love it and so far, it's doable.
  • Wow....I'd think that would be dangerous. Phentermine is an amphetamine that can really increase your heart rate and BP. I wonder if his school of thought was the BP meds would keep your rate down enough. Good luck. I've thought about asking my doctor several times, but really don't think I want to chance it.
