This is a tough time , for sure. Don't give up ! Do what you can to help yourself stay on track. Sounds like workouts are tricky now - at least try to take a few extra steps at work - and take some walking breaks. And bring snacks. Plan what you will eat. That is doable with prepackaged foods (yogurt , hummus , almonds ).…

Thanks all for the motivation and support. You are all right !!! Weight loss isn't linear. The benefits are beyond the scale. And, if I stick w the program, count everything - I will achieve my goal.
