So I just had a look at the spreadsheet from last year January, and I apparently lost 34 lbs in 2018. That's less than 1 lbs per week!! Not too great, and I know I shouldn't complain, but I hope 2019 goes better than 2018!

Motivational Wednesday! These pics were taken in Aruba at the end of 2008, when I weighed 74 kg (163 lbs). I really want to get back there, preferably by next summer before going on vacation with my entire family.

So, I'm guessing it's not such a good idea to have my weigh in day right after two Christmas dinners! :s :# But I'm going to believe that it's mostly water weight, and that next week, it will be down again.
