LOL love it, it's silly but i would not take it as offence because I don't think it was meant like that. For most people that is good advice but for people that do OMAD or IF for Whatever reason they are doing it is not that relevant. But it depends on the eating window and If you eat your meal or meals before your workout…

pasture raised eggs are fine. However the cheap eggs you get at the store that have been raised on GMO foods have a higher Omega 6 to Omega 3 ratio that make those potentially dangerous. I will eat pasture raised eggs (2-4) every couple of days or once or so a week mixed with grass feed butter for the cholesterol. But I…

where did I say you had to do keto to loss weight? please highlight it. I personally don't care what method you use but as for the so called doctor if I listened to the vast majority of them I'd still be overweight, sick and on meds for depression and the pain. Doctors don't get more than a few hours of nutritional…

My muscles look smaller normally unless i fall out of keto but it's not worth it to me given it's accompanied by bad pain. What matters is that I am getting stronger and that is proof enough I could care less if they were wider because wider normally means heavier (clunkier) that and distance running is just not practical.…

1.pasture raised egg mixed with coconut oil or grass fed butter is one. you can add spinach and mushroom if you want a potassium boost. 2.low carb protein powder mixed with six egg whites for a protein pancake topped with butter. 3. avocado with some pink salt, MCT oil, (spinach and things optional) 4. Full fat milk is…

jane: because before keto i had been trying to run for about two years thinking that would help with weight loss and improve health. i studied and tried to do as others have taught me when running and i never did get improvements with my weight or health. basically i was forced to walk more than run stuck at about 170 lbs…

i'm sticking to what i have sense it's been working wonders for me so far. only way it's going to change is if i want to fatten up for a fast. my body knows what it needs far more than anyone else and every time i go against it i end up the one in bad pain later. progress might be slow at times but i rather get there the…

some people need more than others given their genetics and food tolerances. One method might work for some and not others. YOU don't need ketosis if your fine on what you already working with but for people that do horrible on burning glucose like me, we need fat as a primary source to keep glucose at a very min. in our…

so that it can become more productive with both so you can cycle in and out so you can work with two types of energy sources. that and depending if your using one to gain weight (fat or muscle) and the other to 'clean house' of old fat stores. with my keto and low carb cycling i use the low carb cycle to gain body fat so…

not really it can be very useful to cycle keto every so often for part of a year then switch just to give your body practice with ketones and glucose though i can relate to the health issues. too much simple carbs in a day normally causes me very bad pain both in my joints and nerves, that as well as headaches and…

been keto for about 9 months though last few months keto and low carb mix though i reached my goal. Keto is serous stuff if done right good luck and if you need advice let us know!

over 9 months these last 4 or so months i'm doing close to 40 miles of solid runs a week. frankly i don't force myself to eat like most people like to and 1200 on a constant would only cause me to gain body fat back. i focus more on my macros than my calories given those are what are building and developing my body. sense…

as long as you have a general idea of what your consuming you are fine. this holiday season where i been relaxing my fasting and consuming foods i'd normally avoid sense they are empty of nutrition i had got a little sloppy with marking in mine. lol
-
actually no not unhealthy unless your body requires more. normally i run off of 800 to 1000 with 1200 or more (just for the holidays because not everything is as nutritious as normal. normally i do my best run times and distances when fasting or doing a low calorie intake but macros are the most important thing.

ok thank you both

If you already have been tracking your macros on the site compare the macros for each day. if you are gaining weight with your current take away from your fat or carbs unless your eating over 150g of protein. if your doing a high carb the main thing you need to look at is your carb intake and i'd say you should not need…
