I eat it often- it’s very filling even in small portions. The other night I literally ate just the suggested amount of 1/4 cup (before cooking) with some marinara and was happy. Had you eaten Quorn before starting vegan? Some people are sensitive to it because it is made from mold. Head aches can be caused by food allergies/intolerances. I will weigh everything raw when possible, then decide on portion size once it’s cooked. So if it’s 400gm raw, and after cooking it I eat only eat half, I log for 200gm raw.
