So many positive changes: Less inflammation, more even skin tone, no oily patches on face, fewer allergy symptoms, less bloating and indigestion, more regular poops. My husband and I have done the Daniel fast for lent. Weirdly, the hardest part to me was not using condiments containing vinegar or sugar. Had mine done laparoscopically with no stitches just surgical glue at an outpatient surgical center. Only took four hours from check in at front desk to walking back out the door. Was so easy and felt fine afterwards. Even stopped to buy groceries on the way home. Was doing housework including vacuuming the next day.…

Chocolate calls to me too! Have you tried using cocoa powder? It’s only 20cal a tablespoon. For a while I was making lots of hot chocolate with 40cal per cup almond milk and cocoa powder. A big mug of it is under 100calories if you use no calorie sweetener (or leave it unsweetened like I do).
