02/07 - 153.4 ~ Two walks in today and yesterday made a Skinneytaste dinner in my Instant Pot Jalapeno Popper Chicken Chili, my boys LOVED it!! Super easy chop, toss in, turn on and forget about it. 17,540 steps 1642 calories
I love skinnytaste. Going to go check out that recipe as its my turn to make dinner tonight! Thanks.3 -

I met my goal weight in late 2017. My new goal now is to stay around 115 average. Lately I've been ranging around 111-113 lbs. My body seems to like a lower weight than my 115 goal so I'm not going to fight it. I love this group & enjoy the daily check ins. It's about the seemingly unimportant decisions. But consistently making them everyday is what leads to success.

I'm back. We will be moving soon, and driving for a week beginning on the 16th, so my goal for the next two rounds is to maintain. Losing a bit would be great, but I won't worry about that, esp. when we're on the road. Thanks again for this group!

@glimmermarielea --Seeing morbidly obese on my health chart is what started me on my journey--now I'm just obese--lol.
@texasfarmer --I've felt bloated for days now as well. Started craving chocolate and know now it's PMS.
@xiaoguai -- the last two rounds have been jumping in and out the same weight here too. Hopefully this round, we can move on.

@SheilaBoneham ---My doctor just told me last week to watch how my weight fluctuates with the different exercises/activities I do because of the muscles retaining water from more strenuous activity. So, I would have to agree with you and hope it meets the tidy bowl man soon.7 -

@xiaoguai - I track my daily weight on a spreadsheet & have noticed that it takes a whole month to notice a downward trend. It gets harder the lighter you are. Stick with it.
@DebCountsAll - It's interesting to read salt intake can cause such dramatic swings in your weight. Because it doesn't seem to affect my weight at all. Probably because I'm consistently high in sodium every day.2 -
