    I'm in again! This is a very important round for me, as i always stick to a plan for like a month, but something happens between 30-40 days (excuses) and i give up..

    Goal for this round: no excuses, no giving up!

    R31 GW 67.9kg (I think I'm holding some water weight at the moment so hoping this isn't too unrealistic!)

    Back for my 3rd round. I'm also going to try to drink 0 alcoholic drinks in this 10 days, as well as try and focus on eating more protein!

    I will try this. I keep losing about 4 or 5 then gaining it back. No focus on this at all lately. Perhaps this 10 day challenge will help.
