    R29EW 68.2kg, Average 68.43kg
    R30EW 68.4kg, Average 68.46kg

    Initial Goal Weight 65kg
    Ultimate Goal Weight 60kg
    R31 GW 67.9kg (I think I'm holding some water weight at the moment so hoping this isn't too unrealistic!)

    02/07 - 68.6kg - bouncing around a bit, no alcoholic drinks today, PT session this morning, overall a reasonable day!

    @DStan304 Thank You! My Mom is doing better but it's been a long road. She can now walk short distances but her speech and mentality I think will be forever altered. She's very child like now, it's hard to see. Her stroke was 3 years ago. Another reason for me wanting to lose the weight is because strokes and diabetes run in the family.

    @glimmermarielea
    I'm so sorry to hear that. I really do hope things continue to get better. You'll lose it. That's not a question if you put your best foot forward.

    @xiaoguai - I track my daily weight on a spreadsheet & have noticed that it takes a whole month to notice a downward trend. It gets harder the lighter you are. Stick with it.

    @DebCountsAll - It's interesting to read salt intake can cause such dramatic swings in your weight. Because it doesn't seem to affect my weight at all. Probably because I'm consistently high in sodium every day. :)
