Aaack! But in fairness, I'm retaining everything. Not sure why (but lower carb means a lot lower fiber than usual and we went out for lunch yesterday so the combo is probably it). Anyway, I'm up today but expect a drop soon. I'm happy if I stay under 150 for the next few weeks.
01/29 - 147.2
OK, right direction, but I still feel bloated and puffy. Not sure why - I'm drinking lots of water. I have gone over my calorie goal the past two days, but still.... Anyway, back on track today, cutting carbs (thanks for the nudge, @quiltingjaine, and I'f off for a walk in a few minutes. Still aiming simply to maintain, but that's in the 146's, not higher!

Day/Weight/Comment
01/28 / 285.2 I am not drinking enough water! Currently it is 1 degree outside. Dehydration is Real!
01/29 / 284.6 I went to lunch with a friend yesterday and was afraid to eat! Turns out if I’d eaten everything I ordered, I still would have been under my goal. Not everything had a calorie count provided, and I had to wait to log it in until I had my laptop. Thanks to the fantastic MFP database, all items had counts!
01/30 / 285.0 I was under my calories, but I struggled to get my water in yesterday. I am also having TMI issues. Hopefully this passes. (ha!)

I met my goal weight a few months ago. My new goal now is to stay around 115 average. I seem to be ranging lower around 112-114 lately. I love this group & enjoy the daily check ins. I enjoy following everyone else's progress & thanks to my OCD tendencies, I enjoy tracking my calories & daily weight.
Goal This Round: Maintain 115 lbs Average
01/28 • 112 • Dehydrated today. Played 3 sets of tennis. 1600 cal. 3 servings of alcohol
01/29 • 110 • Wow, I can’t seem to stop losing weight. Ran 3 miles & lifted weights. 1150 cal. 3 servings of alcohol

I'm looking for "JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS" friends....so please friend me if you'd like more support! (just put "JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS" friend in your request so I know where you're from)... thanks!7 -
I'm new here, this challenge sounds a great idea.
Day/Weight/Comment
01/28 194.4lbs - just finished a 3 day juice cleanse and trying hard not to eat everything in sight. Reaching out for extra food twice so adding in an impromptu exercise time in the evening to balance the binge a bit!
01/29 194.2lbs - resisted repeated offers of sweets and treats... Go me!
01/30 194.2lbs skipped breakfast and ended up with a McDonald's lunch.. Oops! Picked low calorie veggies for tea so still managed to keep the daily calorie count on target.

@SherryRueter We are glad you found us too. Welcome. I also hope your birthday at the beginning of this Round was wonderful.
@SLIMn2016 This group is definitely amazing and offers a wonderful support system.
@l1nda83 We all need to eat something now and then. I believe if we restrict ourselves completely, it is easier to stop the journey all together and call it quits.
@mamabear10717 How old is your little one? I'm guessing you've craved this body for 9 months because you were expecting. Am I wrong? If so, I meant no offense and do apologize. For me, I've craved it for 14 years, but just now found the motivation within myself to go for it.

Likely be up again tomorrow, I had a big dinner out with all the sodium. But, I hiked and went for a run today so overall it was a good day for progress, it just won't show up on the scale right away, I'm sure.9 -
1/28:: 240 - It's getting easier to eat less food. The Intermittent Fasting is still very hard during breakfast when I'm cooking eggs, bacon, french toast for the kids.
1/29:: 238.7 - 1350 kcal food intake - it's getting easier to pass up the sweet foods. I just gotta keep telling myself it's not worth it. It's days like today when I reach my nutrient goals but yet still have open kcal available. I'm going to start doing smoothies for lunch everyday. Fasting during work days are super easy.
1/30:: 238.7 - 1101 kcal intake - I was planning to fast all day long however the wife tempted me with homemade chicken and dumplings... Well to say the least once I started eating I just wanted more. So I stopped at my kcal goal.
1/31:: 238.7 - I'm starting to get frustrated the scale isn't moving. It's becoming like groundhog day.

Good Luck Everyone!

01/28 196.7 - Nikki062181 Thank you for the well wishes for my fella's. Both are feeling much better now. Hopefully we wont be experiencing a round 2, like so many other families have. Sundays are my rest days. If I get anything over 5,000 steps I've done to much. lol Stats for my day were: 4,739 steps, 3 floors, 2.2 miles ... Total active time: 6 minutes
01/29 196.4 Today was a good! The weather here has been unseasonable warm(ish) so Its been quite a pleasure to walk in. Though truth be told, I am a Polar Bear who loves the snow, I suppose that helps. lol Stats for the day were: 17,993 steps, 7 floors, 8.34 miles ... Total active time: 131 minutes
01/30 196. Today was a good day. Got a lovely 5 mile walk in and started lifting again. I have every expectation of the scale showing much higher in the morning, because I barely made it up the stairs to bed. It was a good lift day of mostly compound lifts. Felt great doing, afterwards internally I was Wonder Woman but physically you had to help me out of a chair. LOL
Stats for my day were: 14,245 steps, 17 floors, 6.53 miles ... Squats- 3 x 10 @40 lbs, Squatted pull downs- 3 x 10 @44 lbs, Bent over Tri-kick backs- 3 x 5@5 lbs, Shrugs-3 x 10@30 lbs, Leg kick-backs 3 x 30 , Calf raises- 3 x 50 ... Total active minutes: 125 minutes

I’m currently 11 weeks post c section and nursing so I’m not going crazy with the workouts just yet. I take fitness classes three days a week. I was doing well with cutting sugar completely out, but I’ve been slipping14

Day/Weight/Comment
01/28 - 97.8 Ate within calorie limit, but as is the case with every weekend, I'm not as strict on sodium intake
01/29 - 99.4 - Yikes! The salt I'm sure, but not just - yesterday was a hard day resisting food
01/30 - 99 - From what I've learned from these past challenges is that it generally takes 3 days to undo salt damage for me. The only difference food wise is that I've increased my healthy fats - i'm flirting with the idea of a keto diet but since I know absolutely nothing about it, im doing research first. Tips and pointers appreciated though
01/31 - 98.6 - Soooo slow coming back down. I really cannot let my guard down on weekends

R30 (2)
01/28 - no access to scales today, also expecting a lot of water weight due to eating out all weekend (very limited food choices), will do what I can to not overeat though!
01/29 - 68.8 - a big jump up, I expected it though after a weekend of limited food options, hopefully just water weight and will come off in the next couple of days
01/30 - 67.8 - followed by a big drop, mostly water from the weekend I think. Also didn't eat much yesterday as I was ill so I expect this will rebound back up a bit.
01/31 - 68.2 - back up a bit, ate late last night and got up and weighed early. So far no change this round!11
