Just got a fitness tracker, today is my 1st day wearing it and I'm already at 7500 steps half way into my shift. I don't count any exercise calories into MFP

I seriously LOVE Indian food... Thank you! Mindset is everything!!! I know more than 1 person who had weightloss surgery (bypass, sleeve or band) and gained a lot of their weight back. I'm in this for the longhaul.

2500mg is not considered high sodium intake. It's actually the norm. Try it for a week or two and listen to your body.
