  • Hi there fellow powerhouse shorties! I'm 5'2" 144 currently trying to get to 130! A bit frustrated haven't been loosing despite a lot of effort - MFP had me at 1200 Cals but heard that was to low for my activity so I upped it to 1500 but that seems like to much!
