Basically you watch a film/series and you have fitness rules along with it. So if you were watching Harry Potter every time someone says Harry Potter you do 10 sit ups. Everyone someone sings plank for 10 seconds. You can basically make them up or change them to your fitness level.. just makes things a bit more fun

Need some motivational help, I'm getting back into running... it's not much but started with a 5km with my friend on a charity run, I really enjoyed it and need to start training to get fit and lose this weight!!! Any supportive friends/ motivation much needed!!!! We can do this!!!!!
