I like the idea of how you make your "Italian sausage" for lasagna. I usually make a veggie lasagna, but this would be good for a change. Thanks for sharing. We had quite a snowfall overnight so today I shoveled for 50 minutes. It was a good workout - cardio and strength training all in one. Have a good evening everyone!

So far the going is moderately better. I am down 2 lbs. Wednesday, January 1st > 169 Sunday, January 5th > 167.

Springlering62 you have some really good ideas for recipes. I am going to look for aquafaba. I stepped on the scale today and was really happy to see it showing 2 lbs. down. Happy with the start of the new yesr!

I love meringues. I can't just eat one. So they can't be on my list. You can enjoy them for me. :) So far so good on day 2. I will check in tomorrow!

So I think I just join in? My first goals, though it sounds like not that much are: exercise at least 15 minutes per day and chart daily on mfp. I would appreciate any words of support and wisdom. I have 30 to 40 pounds to take off. Thanks in advance!

Starting weight was 160 on Feb 1st. Today, February 9th it is 159. I went to the Y 3 times this week. Glad there are so many others on this journey with me.

So glad I joined this challenge. I have been up and down with my eating since I joined, but I keep on going because I want to be successful at this challenge. Never thought being in a challenge with an online group would motivate me so much!

Hang in there. You are still young and have a lot of life ahead of you. When you begin swimming you will feel better. There is nothing like being in water and swimming to help me feel at peace. And STOP calling yourself ugly. Believe in your beauty.

It felt good today when I was with some coworkers at lunch. I was eating my healthy lunch and not feeling cravings. Then later I had a healthy snack which kept me going until I could have dinner. Thanks for being here everyone!

My first plan is to complete the mfp food journal daily, no matter what I eat. The next part of my plan is to walk at least 10 minutes daily. That may mot sound like much, but it is what I can realistically see myself doing. Thanks for asking. Your asking makes me have to be specific about what I am doing.

I am beginning again today, too. On another post it said that a realistic goal for somebody with 40 to 74 pounds to lose is 1.5lbs per week so that is what I amaking my goal. I have about 45 tp lose. I believe we can do it!
