  • Best advice I can give is please don’t diet. Eat when your hungry but choose healthy options. Try and keep empty carbs to a minimum ( sweets and bakery items processed snacks like chips) instead fill your needs with lots of veggies and fruit and lean meat like chicken and eggs.
