Day 3 - I’m working a 30 hour shift, got in a walk to try to keep myself motivated and awake before dinner. 18 minutes and now it’s time to get back to the bench.

Did an organized hike at a nearby state park today to get my walk in, I actually did 39 minutes today...but usually I’m going to try to do the minutes for the walking challenge during lunch and will stick closer to the listed times.
