Day 10 April 28 40 minutes walking Day 11 April 29. Not sure yet for today, think I will do some pushups and situps later.

Day 8 April 26 I did 80 minutes walking and 120 minutes judo Day 9 Just 80 minutes walking (the standard on weekdays).

Day 7 April 25th, I walked for 80 minutes total today at a medium pace. First week complete!

Day 5 April 23 made dinner for everyone. MFP thinks it's an exercise so I'm going with it! Day 6 April 24 I will walk home later (40 minutes).

And today (day 4, April 22) I did 21 pushups of the 'arms-higher-than-legs' variety. No clue what the official name is but eh!

This is tough! I did 21 today (not sure what name is, but arms on a bench instead of ground). Done my obligatory 2 per week now but may pop in later through the week as I'm doing the 100 days of exercise, and this helps with that. :smile:

Day 2: April 20th. Bit sore muscles from judo yesterday, but managed to do a bit of the boxing and super hula hoop on the Wii fit plus. My sensei said I'd done the best throw he'd ever seen me do! Very happy. :smiley:

Day 1: April 19th. I did 2 hours of tough judo just like every Wednesday. It will be more difficult tomorrow when I don't normally work out!

Grilled hot cross bun with jam, cause easter, and a bowl of mostly bran flakes with some chocolate cereal mixed in. No coffee (don't need it because I'm a legend).
