Here's my recipe: https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/tomato-spinach-pasta-toss-recipe-2269587 It is good with or without the noodles. I'm sure you could substitute for something else like couscous, rice, or anything else. Really easy to make. Our hacks are to buy ground Italian sausage and use the frozen spinach (thawed).
