Tuna pouches, eggs, beans! Also when shopping get the reduced price meat (the stuff getting ready to go out of date) and cook it all up in one big prep session then freeze the cooked meat.

My current goal is to finish a kickboxing class with no modifications on any of the exercises.

Kickboxing is my current workout... 3x a week. 1200 calorie burn in an hour! ILOVEKICKBOXING.COM the trainers are great and very helpful and just amazing people. and the classes are made up of real people in all different states of fitness.

Go low carb instead of low calorie? Adjust your macros so that your body hits Ketosis and burns stored fat (takes about 2 weeks to get there) instead of burning carbs and storing everything else. Low calorie diets trigger your body to go into "starvation mode" and store all calories instead of using them.

I'm right at the 100lbs to lose, although i may just go by how i feel in my clothes because i'm hoping to add some muscle mass and definition! Always looking for friends and support.

What kind of exercise do you like? Thats the best kind to do. Something you are going to stick with and enjoy. Right now i'm doing kickboxing 3 days a week. and trying to walk at least 8000 steps a day in addition. You can also try some of the dvd workouts or anything from BeachBody. I'm Cj :smiley:

I'm not embarrassed by it. I tell anyone and everyone, I post that ish on Facebook. I do that because i want the constant accountability check. ALL of my friends and family ask me about my kickboxing class and when i've gone and when i'm going back. I'm more embarrassed when i have to tell them i haven't been in a week, or…
