  • I have lost 35 kg since last April and I'm down to 20% fat from 42% by replacing starches with fruits and vegetables. Now in maintenance I have re-introduced starches but I do it slowly; I haven't finished yet... I keep eating the same amount of fruits and vegetables as during the loss phase. I eat 3 fruits per day…
