I sent a friend request. Our numbers are very similar - i'm 4'11 and started at 140. This is my 2nd go at MFP (lost 25 lbs the first time). Only down 2 lbs so far in 3 wks :(

I've been on prednisone for 20 years and it sucks (much worse side effects than just weight gain) but it and methotrexate are the only two meds that work on my lupus. I've been on 10mg forever and yes it is possible to lose weight on that amount.

Wow, why did I click on this? This might be the worst blow to my self-esteem I've had since starting MFP. *sigh* I thought I was doing good (lost 23 lbs so far). But then I realize no matter how much I lose, I will never have an hourglass shape because I'm just not built that way. I see folks on here that weigh 20 lbs more…

4'11 here, 37 years old. Started at 140, goal is 120. My dream goal is 105 but I know I'll never get there again. My highest was 145 and I got down to 97lbs at my thinnest, that was 10 years ago.
