I had a range in mind of 120-125, I also am 5’1”. I got there and wasn’t “happy” with my composition...I now lift 6 days a week and weight 130-133 and am far happier here.

Anywhere from 150-250 grams..sometimes more.

I use the Sheick brand and haven’t had any issues with mine.

I started with fitness blender before picking a progressive program years later. It was nice to find something for at home at the time and that helped me learn some basic fundamentals.

I superset quite a bit..but when I do compound lifts or isolation on the cable machines..I will switch between some plyo, scanning for the next song to listen to, watch people, or think about what I am eating when I leave. :D

When I was intially losing I ate back at least 50% as I wasn’t 100% sure of the estimated burn. I already had my calories at 1200 (I’m barely 5’1”) so didn’t want net below 1200 if possible.

^^ Haha I do this..well when walking/cooking/etc. ☺️

What great motivation! I recently adopted this cute little rescue and have an excuse to get in some cardio now.

I always just take a protein bar and buy a water once through the gate.

Random...but I was watching Jeff Goldblum view his previous movies in a promotional for the new Jurassic Park..in one of his movies his character says, “Everyone does everything just to get laid.” Haha

I’m a Momma of an 8-year old girl. Lost weight, gained weight, and finally found a happy medium. Feel free to add me for support!

33, 5’1” 130 I maintain on roughly 1800 (lift 6x a week)..but am currently eating in a small deficit to get a bit leaner.

Strength training for me has yeilded far superior results...cardio has its place...but my composition changed lifting heavy *kitten*.
-
I set a goal weight for myself that I reached intially..however when I got to that weight I wasn’t happy with my body composition so I realized then for me it wasn’t just about the number on the scale. I gained back 8-10 lbs while following a progressive lifting program to where I am now. This has been a 4-year journey so…

Bottom is what I envision for my home gym..nice setup!

Heinz has a sugar-free ketchup that I love and this siraccha ranch from Trader Joe’s..my go-to.

This is me. I like starting heavier and working backwards with higher reps lower weight.

Usually always as a warmup..if I have the time I will fatigue myself at the end and finish with them.

I actually favor Gym Shark Seamless..and for the “cheaper” end 90 Degree Reflex.

^^ True and some people are passive-aggressive *kitten*.

I don’t pay any mind to that bs. I am a smart *kitten* and would just say damn straight and smile.

A friend of mine powerlifts and gave me this pointer the other day..she said it takes time to get used to but I am finding it is helping me and I hope to no longer rely on mixed-grip and chalk.

I’m right at the very top..but I am currently in a cut to drop body fat so I can bulk later on...rinse..repeat.
-
When I flex it’s 12..but I also am currently in a deficit to cut down some body fat. I would say the true number is around 11 if I was leaner.

I come out of habit and dedication. I take a day off and I feel like I was made to lift. Some people are natural swimmers, dancers, etc and for me this is just something my body enjoys therefore so do I. I have been doing it over three years and keep my gym dates, but also have a life as well.

I’ll put some glutamine in my whey protein...and I take D3 and a multi-vitamin.

I have only ever done them off variations of thrust height. I believe his rule of thumb was (if read correctly) you can go as low as you want (he has done them off a stepper..) but once you’re flat on the ground it’s now a bridge. I do mine off a 12” box jump with exercise mats under it to make it about 14”. I find a…

As long as you stay in a deficit you will lose..CICO. As someone else mentioned as you near towards your goal you can reduce the deficit..and stay consistent. I used to look at my calories over a week range and not daily. I may have gone over one day..but under another and it still averages out to my needed deficit..hence…
