With MFP you can eat whatever you want as long as you burn the calories. Why not just workout more on days you want to eat the higher caloric meals? A whole day of eating badly and not exercising seems reverse to the whole idea of this website.

Water... normal water. Drinking all the diet/normal sodas or gatorades or whatever bs drinks look tasty is what got him into that mess in the first place.

This is why I do not measure daily. These little fluctuations would get to me when I knew I was following the plan correctly. I recommend continuing to do what is working for you and weigh less often. You'll see the overall trend going down and not the little bumps up.

My suggestion is to keep doing the elliptical as often as you go and every day on your way out try a different machine. Even if it is just for 2 mins or 5 mins, try a stair machine, rower, etc... You may just find one you like and that would be a great sign of progress to have a second go to machine.

It has only become "effortless" because I don't keep fun food at home anymore. We go out for ice cream or only have chips and pizza when we visit people. It would truly be a lost effort if I attempted to count calories having yummy food at the house. Outside of Cliff Bars and Oranges nothing even has much sugar there…

I always see the people that want to lose weight but not incorporate any exercise as bound to fail. It just seems like the laziest plan. It seems like a get rich quick scheme putting forth the least amount of effort. Why not find something.. anything physical you like to do? It can be weights, walking, biking... all burn…

Recently I have been using unflavored protein powder. This is not because I am watching sugar, but more as an internal bet with myself to see if I could make the drink even less enjoyable. It tastes god awful... 5/5 would recommend.

26*3500= 91,000 Calories. That's more than 1,000 calorie deficit a day. Everyday... not 4-5 times a week that you plan on biking.

Don't stop. Weight fluctuates with water and salt intake, muscles retain water when they are being used in new exercises. Keep Going... if you are tracking your calories and working out... things will get better and the number will drop. Remember this is a lifestyle change and you're in it for the long run.

Id cook it and pour out the fat, then enter based upon that weight. Beef changes so much during the cooking process... seems like weighing before would change the calories.

If you're 372 lbs your body fat percentage is way over 34% unless you're like 10 feet tall. You should put your numbers into mfp and follow what it suggests for intake.

1/2 of my cardio calories... none of my weight lifting calories. have not heard of a decent way to track what's burned when lifting, so I round to 0.

first make sure your workout calories are measured accurately. You don't want to celebrate by eating 500 back when you only burned 250. That said, once you figured out what you can eat back.... protein shake after protein shake... also lots of fiber

This is my weekday breakfast lately 1 cup active fiber cereal, 8 ounces of water mixed with protein powder instead of milk. Getting the day started off right.

I'm pretty sure the tea, black coffee, or the diamonds from the advertisement on page 3 are all 0 calories. Their menu has advertisements because it legit comes in a binder.

I say just follow whatever ideas you like here that you have read and have powder at the end of the day ready. If you need 12 grams still, drink half a scoop etc etc. This way you always hit your goal if you don't hit it with food.

Don't have it in the house. I love to eat chips and I have them when I visit friends or go to Mexican food. I don't keep them in the house or I would eat them all the time. Exercise makes you burn calories and thus makes it easier to lose weight. It also would allow you to be able to eat more "fun stuff" by adding extra calories to your day.
