In the past I have tried some of the Jillian Michaels videos, recently I follow some people on IG. They have great workout, very well explained and doable. I may start it and do fine one week, feel the soreness and love it...then I kind of just go back to cardio...

I didnt think it was keto related either...I googled it and had some stuff come up from others saying once they started keto, they noticed bruising too...but I figured I'd come to the experts! ;)
