  • It is amazing how "easy" it can be to lose weight...I am really looking forward to the maintenance of it all. Skin to bounce back, as much as possible, and just the overall feeling of being right where I want to be!

  • Yes, definitely use my scale everyday! My brother lives with me, he laughs when I weigh the bones left over from my meal...if I didnt eat it, I shouldn't count it!

  • It is a little scary to eat more since I don't want to gain the weight...but then again...I dont mind eating more lol I do feel hungrier now since I have been lifting weight, so I may try it for a few weeks and see how that works, I can always come back down.... thanks @Longshore!
