  • I don't drink as much as you do...but I had also noticed this recently. Sometime last week I had only had a L of water...and I went to the bathroom more than I had when I was drinking 3L pre-keto.

  • Thanks @Re_Banana ! I am happy I didnt gain, but it makes sense...and between periods and ovulation...women just dont have it that easy! I am sticking to it until the end of the year... I see some physical changes...but the scale is a bad habit to break!

  • @Sunny_Bunny_ -You may be right! I am upping my salt intake, hope to see better results, I really want this to work, aside form weight issues, there are hormonal issues I am hoping to fix with this. Thanks so much!
  • @gwendyprism I have always been a big water drinker...so not drinking it seems...odd lol I fill up my water bottle 2-3 times a day, it holds a liter...I have just added another teaspoon of salt to that...that makes 2 teaspoons of salt plus anything that has been added to my food. This HAS to help out somehow...

  • I drink between 3-4L of water a day, if not more...I do not believe it's thrush. After I had lunch yesterday, I went to brush my teeth/scrub my tongue and it was gone already. Not sure what the deal was. I am hoping it was a one time thing because these little changes tend to freak me out! lol Thanks!

  • @zanyterp, the funny thing is that I ate heavier on Saturday, was down a pound yesterday...ate lighter yesterday..."went up" almost the full pound. I have lost my appetite almost completely...yesterday the majority of my calories came from almonds and thats only because I didnt want to be too low on my caloric intake...
  • thanks @zanyterp! I weigh myself for the challege on Sundays...but for my personal record I do it on Mondays...the scale today said I lost only .02lbs...so much for that pound huh? lol

  • Day 17... I lost the lb gained yesterday! lol I have been feeling a low grade fever the last few days...some articles online state that it can be related to the keto flu...this is my third week on it...first week I was foggy, last week I was fine...can it possibly be back?
