  • Seem, the line you see above your belly in the before picture (white bra)...I have that, but it actually runs right across my belly button and it's deep! I'd be fine if it looked like yours, even at your "worse"... maybe the way I explain it isnt...correct?
  • Good luck!! :)
  • WOW!! 307 to 170! That is amazing, congrats!! My goal weight is between 140-160...but have a good 50-70 to go! Well, I am ok with some of it still being there, I mean, I can't expect to have a flat tummy now when I have never had one before...and I already have a lot of stretch marks, so probably wont be doing a 2-piece…
  • Well, I have lost about 22lbs...have about 60-70 to go, so still a ways to go...and I do resistance training, I just havent been focusing on core...I do some...just not enough...
  • Well, I carry more weight on the "top" belly, so it's a little weird looking lol At the end of the day, I know it's about the weight loss and health benefits that I am doing this for...but I still want to feel pretty!
  • Really hoping this is the case! My belly is already full of stretch mark, so probably wont be doing a lot of exposure for it...but I know clothes will look better when it's a little flatter...but not necessarily flat! ;-)
  • There is hope!! My jeans usually sit right above my belly button, which is where the dent is...but it's still noticeable... but hopefully it will decrease with the loss of inches... thanks!
  • I've never thought of discussing this with my doctor since it's just fat lol I figured it's either not going to change regardless of what I do, or it will once my waist starts shrinking...
  • I have done the 30 Day Shred and I really do like it!! I go to the gym because I cannot get motivated to work out at home, but when I did do it (many years ago) I did notice a difference. I also like Tae-Bo...yes, it's an oldie but a goodie! AND I also did the Butt Bible...for those who want a little extra help in the…
  • I was taking classes about 2 years ago to learn how to swim...and I only learned how to do backstroke before they cancelled my classes (instructor quit and other times didn't work for me) so now I swim every morning...not a lot, maybe 20-22 lenghts* but I try! I also go on Saturdays and swim between 30-50 lengths... I will…
  • I walk to the gym...and my "pre"workout song while walking there is Believer by Imagine Dragons...something about the beat just gets me ready for my workout!
  • I have NOT taken any progress pictures. I do measure, as well as weigh, myself every month, and I see the numbers getting smaller.... But I may just have to take those pictures...even if it's a little...scary
  • I am short, 5'3, and most of my weight is around my belly...I am 7lbs away from my first goal of 199...so hopefully once I break the 200's I will notice the change more...
  • Well, I did lose 6lbs within the first month, which is great! I am not worried about not losing the weight, it's just that after 22lbs, I thought I'd feel...different? I am seen the progress on both the scale and the clothes, just not feeling the changes in my body...
  • Currently 209 lbs. Short term goal: 199lbs Long term goal: 140-160lbs (it all depends on how I feel at 160, but 140 is the lowest I would like to go)
  • I have a question, mostly regarding Fitbit and calories, not sure if there is another post out there already.... I am set up with MFP to eat 1200cals a day, so far, so good...and based on the information, I do eat my calories back...mostly BUT, for instance today, I have not worked out, but I already have an additional 14…
