I’m a Type 2 Diabetic, and Keto has brought my A1c from nearly 12 to just over 5. I’m not letting anybody yuck my yum. Have your pasta and bread. I’ll keep my toes and my feet and my kidney function and my eyesight. I’ll happily take that trade-off!
