Baby carrots and blueberries are my go-to binge foods. Another fave is spring mix with whatever tasty fruits I happen to have on hand and a sprinkling of walnuts if they fit in my calories for the day.

New full-time vegan here! Have been slowly transitioning from being about 70 percent vegan to 100 percent over the last few months and have never felt better! Add me if you'd like - the more plant-based friends the merrier!

Yesss, tofu is so versatile. Oh She Glows has a super easy recipe for crispy garlic tofu - I eat it with bok choy and a bit of ginger soy sauce a few times a week. Sooo good!

SAME! Now that I'm prioritizing a whole, plant-based diet I find myself steaming beets pretty much every other day. Never loved them before, now I don't know how I lived without them for so long.

It's crazy how quickly you start feeling better - I'm about a month-and-a-half in and boy, can I feel the difference! I LOVE Eat to Live! Another great book on clean eating is "How Not to Die" by Dr. Michael Greger - the science is fascinating.
