  • We eat them in stir fries with lots of veggies and protein so the miracles noodles are the focus of the meal. I don't think we'd like the texture as much if they were a bigger percentage of the stir fry.
  • I also recommend looking into the low FODMAP diet. I have IBS-D and while the diet didn't eliminate the D, it just about totally relieved the bloating, gas, pain, etc. I found that I can only tolerate minimal amounts of gluten.

  • Do you have the Monash app? I just finished 4 weeks of eating low FODMAP and the app was super helpful.
