I wish I could get the treadmill desk; but that wont happen. I do get up and walk occasionally, I guess I never thought about adding the time together, It sounds better that way lol

I have lost 32#s so far and I am in the same boat. Current clothes are lose but size down is still too tight.

I have an elliptical that I do at home in the evenings. I just try to find ways to keep moving throughout the day too. I have heard of some really good free online workouts; i'll have to look into that one too.

I have the charge 2 and my band came unglued right next to the face within a couple months of getting it. Otherwise I absolutely love it, I'll replace the band later.

My elliptical has those bump patterns so I can't go completely barefoot because those hurt after a couple minutes; but I find it's easier in flip flops than my shocks.

I was a pasta addict, no sarcasm. It has been a tough fight but I'm doing better, but I still need to do better with carbs in general.

I recently heard it was, almost as bad as a cheeseburger. Not sure how much truth there is to it, but salmon is supposed to be the top choice.

I am 5'3", I started my Journey on Feb 9th at 252#s and am currently at 222#s. It is definitely not easy, didn't gain all the weight in 5 months so can't expect it to come off that fast either. I want it to be a lifestyle change not just diet! My goal weight is 175#s!
